  • The balance is due by the agreed date, typically 7 days prior to the event.

  • Late or missed payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted via email.

  • Deposits: Non-refundable except in cases of fault on our part or exceptional circumstances (at our discretion).

  • Refund Policy:

    • More than 30 days before event – up to 50% refund (excluding deposit)

    • 14–30 days before event – up to 25% refund (excluding deposit)

    • Less than 14 days – no refund available

  • Rescheduling options may be offered subject to availability.
